Program Name and Description

The Hudson Freight Agency SMS Program sends text messages to shippers and motor carriers about their own freight: replies to quote requests, pickup and delivery status, dispatch and check-call updates, and returning a call we missed. Messages are conversational and specific to your shipment. We do not send promotional or marketing blasts.

How You Opt In

You join the program by:

• Checking the SMS consent box on our freight quote request form at hudsonfreightagency.com/shippers;
• Checking the SMS consent box on our carrier onboarding form at hudsonfreightagency.com/carriers; or
• Telling a Hudson Freight Agency representative on a call that it is OK to text you at your number.

The consent box is never pre-checked, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of doing business with us.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies with your shipment activity. You will generally receive messages only while a quote or load of yours is active.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out and Get Help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply START to re-subscribe.
