The consent box is never pre-checked, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of requesting a quote or doing business with us.

What we send. Freight quote responses, load and dispatch updates, pickup and delivery notifications, and occasional operational messages about your shipments.

Message frequency. Varies depending on your shipment activity.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to move your freight and run our business:

• Carriers and transportation providers, so a load can be picked up and delivered
• Business to Business Logistics, the broker of record whose authority we operate under
• Service providers that support our operations, such as messaging, email, and software platforms, under obligations to protect the information
• Legal and regulatory bodies, when required by law or to protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and to satisfy legal, tax, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
